🎓 Alumni Homecoming Weekend📍 Middelburg | 📅 2–3 May

We’re excited to announce a collaboration with UCR for an Alumni Homecoming Weekend in Middelburg! As Spring brings warmth and new energy to the town, we’d love to welcome you back to Zeeland for a weekend of reconnecting, learning, and relaxing. This will be your chance to relive your student life at UCR/RA, and reconnect with former professors and class mates.

The weekend will feature both an academic program and a social program including lunch with professors, dinner, and drinks. We will take note of any dietary restrictions. 

The full academic schedule will be shared soon. We will be revealing our speakers 1 by 1 on our Instagram (@aurora.ucr). 

Tickets will be available for individual parts of the weekend, so you can tailor your visit to fit your plans for that weekend in Zeeland. 

Please note: ticket sales will close one month in advance for organisational reasons.

TIMETABLE: 

Saturday: 

- 12:00: Welcome (incl. coffee / tea)

- 12:30: Opening speech 

- 13:00: Lunch with professors

- 14:00: Academic program 

- 16:30: Reception (incl. drinks)

- 18:00: Dinner at Burgerzaal

- 21:00: Aurora Drinks at Café Bommel 

Sunday:

- 12:00 - 13:00: Welcome to start the day with us with coffee / tea 

- 13:00 - 15:00: Activity (options: Boat tour, Bike tour, Walking tour, Wine tasting).
